Do you have your own warehouse to ship products from?

Yes. Collins Sales operates our own warehouse in Mississauga that stocks Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO), surge suppressors (SPD) and safety gloves and clothing (PPE). We also stock other products as well. If you would like to learn more about what products we can offer locally from our warehouse please book a call with us using the Book a Call widget in the navigation. Select "Sales/General Inquiries" and select a time that works best for you. We will connect you with the best agent that suits your needs.

What is typically included in your lighting audit service?

We include a lighting layout, a recommended fixture count and location, and a formal price and delivery quote. For specifying projects we incorporate lighting fixture specification files as well. What is the Collins Sales order process like?

The order process at Collins Sales depends upon on vendor requirements. For some products we have a separate e-commerce portal that operates similarly to common e-commerce sites. For others we require a formal account be set up and approved by our vendors. Traditional orders are processed through purchase orders with confirmations of order and delivery being provided.

Our knowledgeable and experienced sales reps will walk you through the process for whichever products you are interested in purchasing. All you need to do is book a call with our calendar widget to get started.

If my business is not based in Ontario can I still place an order with Collins Sales?

You don't need to live in Ontario to purchase from Collins Sales. Please visit our line card to see which manufacturers we represent and book a call to start the sales process with us by selecting the "Sales/General Inquiries" option. When you use the book a call widget anywhere on our site you can select a date and time that works best for you and we will connect you to the best agent suited to your needs.

How long on average does it take to receive an order?

Depending on the product, items may be next day or 16 weeks if it is a custom item. Collins Sales has a selection of safety and surge suppression that are stocked in our warehouse. Collins Sales will provide a lead time when requested.
